If we practice the science of yoga, which is useful to the entire human community and which yields happiness both here and hereafter - if we practice it without fail, we will then attain physical, mental, and spiritual happiness, and our minds will flood towards the Self.

Andrea Maltzer has been guiding students in movement and dance for over twenty years. In 2000 she became a Certified Yoga Instructor and then promptly traveled to Mysore, India for a 2-month immersion with Ashtanga Master Pattabhi Jois.

The principals of the Ashtanga system, her passion and love of music, and the wisdom and lessons of her teachers—including Bryan Kest, John Friend, Judith Lasater, Sharon Gannon and David Life and, of course, her current teacher Rusty Wells—serve as a springboard for her creative and joyful style of teaching.

She has been studying and working alongside Rusty Wells for over eight years, helping him to lead and coordinate his teacher trainings and assisting in his classes.
